Are you looking for a better plan to achieve the health you believe is yours?

A couple of hours in consultation with my Naturopathic Nutritional Therapy clinic will give you a real education on how your body works and how food is digested to create the nutrition your body needs to maintain and repair yourself.

I personally think, Nutrition is the basis of health, and using treatments like Reflexology and Hypnotherapy are the medicine applied to unblock or help the body to revert back to its DNA pattern of health and vitality.

Nutritional therapy is the main tool that I start with and use to address the underlying cause of your dis-ease.

I use reflexology, hypnotherapy and NLP to concentrate specifically on you and your goals. For example to stop smoking or change a habit or to induce relaxation and unblock energies that may need just a practiced boost.

A consultation with me could be the next step in your path to the "Wellth" you deserve.

My use of the integrated science-based health care approach of Functional Medicine helps practitioners to focus on and work out the pathways of the biochemistry of your body. That enables me to identify the best course for you. Laboratory testing and also muscle testing really help us to fully focus on the elements of your body that need to be addressed to reduce symptoms and work towards bringing you back to the best health you can achieve. My role also includes teaching you to learn how to make better food choices and understand how to use nutrition as your life medicine.

Many common chronic health problems nutritional therapy may help with are:

  • Digestion and abdominal discomfort (IBS/IBD)
  • Weightloss
  • Sleep problems
  • Low energy and fatigue
  • Concentration problems
  • Poor immunity, allergies and intoleranc's
  • Hormone Imbalances
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Fitness concerns

Nutritional Therapy/Reflexology/Hypnotherapy: I have also recently added the skill of muscle testing, to identify imbalances with the main food groups that are causing many of the common digestion problems, such as IBS and stagnant weightloss.

A naturopathic nutritional therapy consultation is an education for you and yours for the rest of your life.

I am offering a FREE 20 minute call at a pre arranged time to discuss how Nutritional Therapy can help you.

Here is a few comments from previous clients, from my North Hampshire clinic. My Staines and Weybridge clinics are quite new and welcoming new clients weekly.

Thank you for your kind words.

Just want to say thank you for your great advice on how to stay healthy on holiday. Getting fresh lemons and putting slices in water made a nice change when you are drinking so much bottled water abroad. Also taking probiotics really helped my system work well. It must be the first time I have been abroad and not had an upset tummy. Thanks again - great advice.

Thank you Caroline, for the advice you gave me yesterday - I enjoyed my hot water with lemon and ginger this morning! It was great to talk with someone who had so much understanding and knowledge of how what I eat can help with my autoimmune condition. Also to know I have a bit of control over what goes in my body to help it fight against what's going on is a really positive thing, when I've been feeling negative about the steroids and immuno-suppressants that I have been prescribed. Thanks again

I went to see Caroline primarily because my IBS symptoms were having a negative impact on my life. She was incredibly thorough in going through my entire history to pinpoint the cause of my problems. Her recommendations have had a profound effect on my quality of life. She has also educated me on how to help myself. Thank you so much Caroline!
